COMPASSION features on Dering Hall

Dering Hall is a supplier of curated and high end furnishings of top brands from the interior design and furnishings industries. As a leading online editorial Dering Hall provides top of the line designers, architects, artists and galleries an online platform to present their creations to customers with a savvy taste for luxury and design.

Reeta Gyamlani, the founder of Farrago Design,  was asked by Obeetee along with 14 other designers to design a carpet for their DIFFA collection. DIFFA is a non-profit organization established in 1984 aiming at fighting AIDS and creating awareness about the disease.

Being a part of a selected few designers who's creations were a part of the custom carpet collection launch by Obeetee and DIFFA Reeta's passion to the cause found expression in her rug design that she called "Compassion". This luxury carpet is made out of 100% New Zealand wool not only represents the metaphorical carpet of rose petals laid out at traditional Indian wedding ceremonies but also points towards the universe’s dire need for human compassion and generosity. Reeta Gyamlani found immense motivation working in collaboration with Obeetee - who manufacture their products with sustainability and indulgence at the core of its corporate mission as well as DIFFA.

This rug is a part of their quick ship program which allows customers to custom pick the colors and can also be made in silk and wool combinations.

We would like to thank Dering Hall for including the "Compassion" rug in their editorial of chic rugs that are suitable for dining rooms of all styles  amongst other brands such as David E. Adler Fine Rugs, Mark Phillips Rugs and Odegard Carpets to name but a few.
